Sapori di Casa was born in 1997 from the passion that Maria Pia and Claudio Iacoponi have always shared for homemade pasta, and from the desire to merge the traditions of Friuli and Marche, their respective native lands. When in 2012 his son Federico, having completed his studies, joins the production team, they began to diversify their roles within the company: Maria Pia follows the food safety field, Federico the production area and Claudio follows sales and distribution.

Our company has been able to maintain a strong artisan connotation over time, which allows us to reproduce the best homemade egg pasta. The development of particular machinery and workmanship, the careful choice of premium raw materials, the flexibility of the artisan dimension and the care for the production methods let it possible to be distinguished in the panorama of excellences.

Sapori di Casa is aware to the particular requests of restaurateurs and retailers, which can’t be satisfied by industrial productions. This is how the large 1 kg packs for restaurants are born, as well as the most diverse and imaginative, tasty and genuine egg pasta variations: from fettuccine with lavender, coffee, walnuts, smoked tagliatelle, Senatore durum wheat pasta, tagliolini with myrrh incense and so on.
